Drain Covers
The new Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGB) requires compliant anti-entrapment drain covers , unblockable drains and channel drains be installed or upgraded for all Public swimming pools, Commercial swimming pools and Private backyard swimming pools. We routinely upgrade and retrofit old drain covers with VGB compliant drains. We verify that each drain cover has a compliant sump for each drain. If needed, we can plaster in new drain covers, frames and design new sumps underwater. It is important to note that only C35 licensed contractors are allowed to modify a sump in California!
